Religion has now opened its first stand alone stores in East London’s Shoreditch and Brick Lane.
The constant buzz of Spitalfields and neighbouring Hoxton boasts a fabulous backdrop for Religion's first retail venture. Designed in East London, Religion reflects the designers personal lives in and around Shoreditch; stimulating great inspiration.
Established in 1989, Religion's unique blend of rock n roll inspired garments has pushed the brand to the forefront of the fashion and media spotlight. Its signature trademark designs of cut out styles, washed out graphics and destroyed fabrics have made it a prominent look on the British high street.
The Religion store itself is much like its garments; distressed with a rock star edge, a combination of luxurious fittings alongside industrial style rustic fixtures. The walls feature an insight into the inner workings of the Religion design team, taking sketches, lyrics and emotions from their scrapbook collections to create an over-sized striking mood board.
For the first time consumers will be able to appreciate the full Religion experience as never before with both men's and women's collections and a range of limited accessories created exclusively for the store.
2010 sees the launch of Religion’s “concept stores” in leading indie stockist’s Richmond Classics and Bolo, also in the Ibiza Rocks hotels in Ibiza and Mallorca, where dedicated areas are merchandised with the brand’s shop fit to offer a unique and complete brand experience.
